Over the years, food industry’s concern to provide safe that does not cause harm or illness consumers has increased. The growing demand for detection of compounds can contaminate is increasingly important. Hydrogen peroxide frequently used as a substance control growth microorganisms in milk, thus increasing its shelf life. Here, strategy presented hydrogen milk adulterant, using single shot membrane sensor. lowest concentration measured with this technique was 0.002% w/w H2O2 semi-fat milk.
